Spartan Lube Oil Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LubeCalc Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

LubeCalc Pro is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect any data.

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number

  • We do not collect location data

  • We do not track your usage or behavior within the App

  • We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs

  • We do not require you to create an account

Information Collected by Third Parties

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscription validation. RevenueCat processes anonymous transaction data provided by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to verify your purchase status. Apple App Store / Google Play Store: When you purchase or download the App, Apple or Google may collect information in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not have access to your payment details.

Data Stored on Your Device

LubeCalc Pro stores your calculation inputs, project data, and app preferences locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers or any third party. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is permanently removed.

How We Use Information

We use the anonymous purchase validation data solely to:

  • Verify your purchase status and unlock premium features

  • Manage your free trial period

We do not use any data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. The only data processing that occurs is anonymous purchase validation through RevenueCat and the respective app store platforms.

Data Retention

We do not store any personal data on our servers. Anonymous purchase validation records are maintained by RevenueCat in accordance with their data retention policies.

Data Security

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is minimal risk of data breach from our end. All data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, biometrics, encryption).

Children's Privacy

LubeCalc Pro is a professional engineering tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we do not collect personal data, these rights are generally not applicable. However, you can:

  • Delete all locally stored App data by uninstalling the App

  • Manage your purchase history through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • Review RevenueCat's privacy practices and exercise your rights with them directly

California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

International Users

LubeCalc Pro is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that any minimal data processing (purchase validation) occurs through servers that may be located in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
